The life of a crane inspector
Crane inspectors and maintenance technicians travel to various businesses and provide an absolutely critical service. Federal and state laws require that overhead cranes be inspected by “qualified” individuals. Most businesses do not have people on staff that meet this requirement, therefore they must outsource to a reputable, independent crane company. The life of the company owner
As a business owner, you will find, hire and train people to become OSHA qualified crane inspectors. Using PCI’s revolutionary training software and continuing support, you can get the right people up to speed and generating revenue in as little as two weeks. Examples of applicable skills/ trades to look for in a new employee include; electricians, millwrights, machinists, etc. You will also meet with a wide variety of people—company executives, maintenance managers, safety directors and small business owners like yourself. You will be offering a vital service that is in demand (and required). You will become an integral part of their overall safety program and provide the information they need to protect their employees and increase their production. And as an added benefit, every time you or one of your people uncover a dangerous condition, you will have the knowledge that you may have saved a life. What could be better? |

Any defective component on an overhead crane has the potential to take a life. Our inspectors realize the critical importance of their job - we don’t take any inspection lightly. Hidden dangers can be found on a brand new crane as easily as they can be found on a 30 year old crane.
It is far more cost effective to find a small problem and stop it from becoming a big problem. Ignoring crane maintenance WILL cost you—in time, money or even lives.
Regular crane inspections are absolutely vital—if you don’t have us inspect your cranes, then have someone who is qualified inspect them. |
