Based upon many years of experience installing remote controllers from different manufacturers, we recommend the following; equipment: |
CONTROL CHIEF Simple, reliable and very cost effective, the control chief is a great unit for most industrial applications. We have installed many Control Chief systems and they have performed very well with few service issues. A very popular, economical choice. |
REMTRON When service and support matter—Remtron is excellent. The equipment is good, and the support and assistance is even better. We find that Remtron equipment is better suited to more complex operations, including grab, rotating hook control, etc. They also offer a range limiting feature that will limit the distance an operator can move from the crane. This is a great safety feature for long distance runway travel. |
