1 ton underhung crane install—3 units.  Liberty Lake, WA.  Site built cranes in new facility.  VFD controls, remote operated.

5 ton underhung hoist, top running bridge crane install. 10 ton top running bridge, 2 5 ton hoists relocated, 1 10 ton hoist relocated and installed.

Total retrofit of corroded bridge crane.  Structural repairs, rail replacement, paint removal, re-coating, load testing certification.

BIG rope change.  2600’ of 1 1/4” IWRC domestic rope, 16 parts!  Turnkey installation with zero interruption in top-of-dam activities.

Replace damaged upper sheaves (fabricate from stock 8620, heat treated).  Replaced damaged wire rope, load tested 125%.         

Hydroelectric Project

Removal, rebuild, replacement of  pinion shaft and load brake, 175 ton hoist.  Work performed to federal safety and health standards.

Hydroelectric Project

Installation of 50’ span, underhung bridge crane over a working dock.  Zero interruption to peripheral operations.
